8. How long does it take to receive my artwork?

All artworks are made to order. Please allow:
1–2 weeks for printing and framing, plus
1 week for delivery

Need it sooner? Ask about priority options.

9. What is your returns or refund policy?

Each artwork is printed especially for you. Because of this, I can’t offer returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll replace it quickly — no fuss, no stress.
Your satisfaction is my priority.

10. Do you offer a design guarantee?

Yes! I want you to love your artwork.
If you’re unsure about colour, size or placement — I’ll work with you until we get it just right.
